1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • You must return the item within 14 days from the date you received it.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods, such as oils and food products, cannot be returned once the packaging is opened.
  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount are not eligible for return.
